Job summary

3800 is seeking an experienced digital designer to shape websites and digital products for clients and for 3800 itself. The role spans research, UX, UI, interaction and full Figma designs, from early thinking to launch.

You will work closely with developers and contribute to a studio that focuses on quality over volume. You’ll have ownership, challenge ideas, and help define how we approach digital work as the studio grows, including opportunities to lead that capability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience across digital design, UX/UI, web or product design.
• Strong body of work showing thinking and detail behind projects.
• Ability to own projects and collaborate with strategists, designers, filmmakers, clients and developers.

Responsibilities

• Create thoughtful, distinctive digital experiences with high visual craft.
• Understand audiences, journeys, IA, accessibility and user needs.
• Plan and collaborate on user research tasks and analytics.
• Deliver high-fidelity Figma designs, prototypes, components and design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
