Job summary

3800 is seeking an experienced digital designer to shape websites and digital products for clients and for the studio itself. The role spans research, UX, UI, interaction and full Figma design, from early thinking to launch, with close collaboration with developers.

You’ll own projects, challenge ideas, and help define how we approach digital work as the team grows, including opportunities to lead capabilities over time.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience across digital design, UX/UI, web or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating depth over volume and thoughtful craft.
• Ability to own projects and explain thinking to clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Create websites, apps and digital products with high visual craft.
• Lead UX research, information architecture and accessibility considerations.
• Deliver high‑fidelity Figma designs, prototypes, components and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Present ideas clearly in workshops and guide client decisions.
• Explore AI tools to improve research, design, prototyping and production workflows.
