Job summary

Network - Career Consultants is recruiting a Senior Digital Design Lead for a creative agency in Nottingham. You will shape ideas, set the creative direction and lead projects from concept through to delivery, across digital, brand, retail and experience-led work.

You’ll mentor designers, review work and maintain a high creative standard while staying hands-on. Client-facing and capable of presenting ideas in workshops and pitches are essential.

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Design Lead to join a highly creative agency working across digital, brand, retail and experience-led projects.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can shape ideas, set the creative direction and lead projects from concept through to final delivery.

You’ll work closely with strategy, UX, client services, developers and production teams, turning complex briefs into clear, engaging and beautifully crafted creative work across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

You’ll also play an important role within the wider design team, reviewing work, mentoring designers and helping maintain a high creative standard, while still staying closely involved in the work yourself.

Client-facing experience is important, and you’ll be confident presenting ideas, contributing to workshops and pitches, and explaining the thinking behind the work.

You’ll need a strong portfolio showing excellent digital design alongside wider brand or experience work, with a solid understanding of UX, UI, responsive design and designing for screens.

Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Miro is also important.
