Based in Bournemouth, the company seeks a high-output designer who can turn raw footage into publish-ready assets that drive revenue and conversions. This role combines video editing with design for conversion in a fast-paced sprint.

You’ll work with cross-channel assets for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, producing high-quality content quickly while maintaining commercial clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to edit raw footage into high-impact, publish-ready assets.
• Strong understanding of driving revenue through creative design.
• Ability to produce a high volume of quality assets on tight deadlines.
• Experience creating social content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into fast-paced, punchy assets for social platforms.
• Design scroll-stopping graphics and high-converting ad creatives with clear calls to action.
• Produce sales collateral such as high-value PDF guides where commercial value is clear.
