Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Multimedia Designer to join our Brand Communications team. This role blends video production, motion graphics and creative design to elevate our brands across digital and print channels.

You'll mentor fellow creatives, manage multiple projects, and ensure outputs align with brand guidelines while delivering engaging visual storytelling for global audiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ experience within a creative agency, design studio or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video and design tools.
• Experience developing content across digital and print channels.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading a small team of designers.
• Strong client or stakeholder-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality video and multimedia content for marketing and corporate communications.
• Creating motion graphics, video presentations and digital assets that bring our brands to life.
• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, eDMs, advertisements, signage, banners and newsletters.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensuring output aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Providing guidance, feedback and support to designers within the Clark creative team.
• Identifying creative opportunities and recommending innovative approaches to visual communication.
