Job summary

OLIX seeks highly skilled Senior/Staff Digital Design Engineers to own end-to-end digital hardware, from algorithm modelling to verified RTL and silicon bring-up, within a cross-disciplinary team at the OLIX Decode Accelerator DX-1 project.

You will design high-throughput pipelines, prototype in FPGA, model algorithms, and optimize for power, performance, and area while collaborating with optical, mixed-signal and software groups. Equity and a strong compensation package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on digital design for high-performance ASICs/SoCs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-throughput digital pipelines in CMOS nodes.
• Prototype in FPGA (Xilinx/AMD, Intel) and bring up real-time demos.
• Model algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink and verify gate-level sign-off.
• Own RTL development (SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL) including synthesis and verification.
• Analyze power, performance and area to meet bandwidth-per-watt targets.
• Collaborate across optical, mixed-signal and software teams on interfaces.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews.
