EDF power solutions is seeking a Lead Digital Delivery Manager to shape and maintain a strong project delivery culture across its digital portfolio. You will provide senior governance, oversight, and coaching, helping teams deliver complex initiatives with consistency and excellence.

Travel will be required (twice monthly) with a remote work setup and opportunities to mentor a growing team while advancing delivery capability and standards across the function.

Formación

• Significant experience delivering and governing complex portfolios, programmes or projects within a structured project management environment.
• Experience establishing, maintaining and improving project delivery standards, controls and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing and developing Project Managers, Delivery Managers or similar project professionals.
• Strong knowledge of project portfolio management, project governance and delivery lifecycle management.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, budgets, reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives.
• Previous experience working within highly regulated or complex organisational environments.
• A recognised project management qualification such as Prince2 Practitioner, P3O, MSP or equivalent.

• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to strengthen project delivery capability and consistency.
• Embedding project management best practice, governance and delivery standards across the portfolio.
• Providing oversight and assurance across digital projects and programmes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes and ways of working.
• Supporting effective portfolio management, planning and prioritisation activities.
• Reviewing project performance and helping teams overcome delivery challenges.
• Managing governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Acting as a senior escalation point for project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Supporting successful delivery of digital initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
