Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking a Lead Digital Delivery Manager to shape and govern our digital portfolio. You will lead a growing team, embed delivery standards, and coach others to raise capability across projects and programmes.

In a remote role with travel to London, Durham and Edinburgh twice monthly, you will partner with senior stakeholders to drive governance, continuous improvement and delivery excellence in a regulated energy environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering and governing complex portfolios, programmes or projects.
• Experience establishing, maintaining and improving project delivery standards and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience developing Project Managers, Delivery Managers or similar professionals.
• Strong knowledge of project portfolio management and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Digital Delivery Managers.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to strengthen project delivery capability and consistency.
• Embed project management best practice, governance and delivery standards across the portfolio.
• Provide oversight and assurance across digital projects and programmes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes and ways of working.
• Support effective portfolio management, planning and prioritisation activities.
• Review project performance and help teams overcome delivery challenges.
• Manage governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Act as a senior escalation point for project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support successful delivery of digital initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
