ByteHire Limited is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex digital delivery initiatives within a large, regulated environment. You will coordinate diverse suppliers and internal teams, establish governance structures and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and deep knowledge of Agile delivery practices to enable rapid, high-quality outcomes. The position is hybrid with UK-wide offices and flexible collaboration.

Qualificações

• Senior Delivery Manager with proven track record leading complex digital delivery programmes.
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery teams in regulated environments.
• Ability to establish governance, reporting controls and delivery frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex digital delivery programmes across multiple teams and suppliers.
• Establish effective delivery governance, reporting, controls and ways of working.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with delivery priorities and objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers, resources and delivery budgets.
• Provide clear, evidence-based progress reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between suppliers, delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and user-centred delivery practices appropriate to the project environment.
• Support knowledge transfer, capability handover and sustainable delivery practices.
