Job summary

Comxps Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for a six-month contract with a national footprint, requiring 2 days per week in any client office or hub. Job description

• Strong leadership, facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create effective collaboration between supplier teams and civil service colleagues.


• Sound judgement in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, balancing pace, delivery assurance and proportionate control.


• Experience of knowledge transfer, capability handover and embedding sustainable delivery practices before exiting a time-limited engagement.


• A strong understanding of agile and user-centred digital delivery, with the ability to adapt methods to the context rather than apply process mechanically.
