Job summary

Primark is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to drive technology initiatives across a key retail platform in a large-scale international retail environment. The role requires delivering complex programmes with multiple stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance, risk management, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in delivery management or programme delivery.
Experience delivering technology solutions in retail contexts.
Strong stakeholder management at senior levels.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across a digital and customer technology platform.
Prioritise demand from multiple projects and product teams.
Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver.
Ensure planning, governance, risk management, and execution.
Build relationships with Product Owners, Architects, and business leaders.
Manage supplier performance in a multi-vendor environment.
Foster collaboration to overcome challenges and achieve programme objectives.
