A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Digital Change Manager to join its digital transformation team. The role focuses on facilitating business changes, maximizing employee adoption of digital initiatives, and promoting a digital culture within the Trust. Candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a passion for driving change in a complex healthcare environment.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Digital Change Manager on a fixed team basis to join our growing digital transformation team to help deliver several significant digital change programmes.
The post holder will develop change management plans, define & shape change initiatives, integrate change management into digital workstreams, and to ensure successful delivery and adoption of large-scale digitally enabled change. This will include identifying opportunities for digital change, facilitating the design of 'to be' processes enabled by digital interventions, and delivering the benefits and outcomes enabled by digital transformation.
The successful candidate will be a passionate 'change agent' who has a track record of delivering improvement or change projects. A working knowledge of health care services and/or of delivering digital change in a complex environment is desirable.
