Job summary

Capgemini’s Cloud & Custom Applications team in the UK seeks a proactive Business Analyst to join multidisciplinary delivery groups. You will work with designers, engineers, product leads and stakeholders to uncover needs, define outcomes, and guide user-centered digital solutions from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital and IT solutions across varied technologies (AI-enabled platforms, CRM, CMS, mobile apps, or integrated online services).
• Experience through full delivery lifecycle in Agile or iterative environments with artefacts like backlogs, journeys, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to understand user/business needs via interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping, and AI-assisted insights.
• Strong ability to analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements to meet user expectations and operational constraints.
• Experience applying systems analysis and data-modelling to support design, data flows and process optimisation in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and business users to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Represent the voice of the user throughout delivery to keep teams aligned with the overall vision.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, developers and testers to shape journeys and delivery approaches.
• Support project planning with estimates, resourcing discussions, and delivery timelines.
• Share insights and best practices across the BA community and mentor junior colleagues in senior roles.
