Government Recruitment Service in Swansea is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join DVSA’s Digital Services and Technology Directorate. You will lead business analysis to define and validate digital projects, maintain the backlog, and collaborate with product owners and technical colleagues to deliver value aligned to strategic objectives.

You will contribute to developing the capability of the business analysis function, mentor other analysts, and may have line management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Define and validate digital projects, products and services aligned to DVSA objectives.
• Develop and prioritise backlog with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Mentor other business analysts and contribute to communities of practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog and coordinate communications.
• Escalate and facilitate resolution of risks, issues and changes.
