Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in the UK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis within agile delivery teams and translate user needs into clear requirements. The role is permanent with a salary of £44,241 plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution and Civil Service benefits.

Flexible, hybrid working from Bristol, Swansea, Leeds, Nottingham, Newcastle, Oldham, Birmingham or Uxbridge.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading analysis activities and translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to model business processes using BA tools and techniques.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other Business Analysts.
• Knowledge of working with Product Owners, developers and testers.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across digital projects and products.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain and prioritise product backlogs and assess risks and changes.
• Engage stakeholders and mentor other Analysts.
