Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join our Cambridge or Reading team. You will work on next‑generation high‑speed communications and circuit architectures, combining hands‑on RTL design with a strong research element to move concepts toward production silicon.

The role involves close collaboration with digital, physical design and mixed‑signal engineers, and offers significant freedom to explore new architectures in a small, collaborative R&D environment where ideas

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital ASIC design and RTL development.
• Background in high speed digital design, SerDes or related technologies.
• Experience designing complex digital blocks in advanced CMOS.
• Understanding of mixed signal interfaces or digital blocks interacting with analogue circuitry desirable.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach to engineering.
