Axiologik is seeking a Senior Architect to lead complex solution architectures and advisory engagements for clients. You will collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders, delivering architecture and guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams in an agile, product-centric environment.

You will also help shape new offerings, contribute to bids, and coach architects while aligning solutions with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a senior architect or equivalent in a consulting context.
• Ability to lead complex solution architectures and change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop system architectures for complex solutions.
• Provide ongoing architectural leadership and coaching to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture with priorities.
• Support business development and contribute to client proposals.
• Coach and mentor architects and technical designers.
