Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Architect to provide technical leadership on a major AI transformation programme. This role defines architecture strategy, shapes cloud platforms, and ensures secure, scalable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will lead architectural decision‑making, drive technical assurance, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver AI‑enabled services that align with the organisation’s technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
• Designs secure cloud platforms, IAM and microservices
• Experience implementing AI governance and privacy controls
• Proven track record in modular, scalable solutions
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs
• Knowledge of architecture assurance and security governance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
• Leadership across large-scale transformation programmes

Responsibilities

• Define architecture strategy, principles and roadmaps for enterprise AI platforms.
• Design secure cloud landing zones and scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Establish technology-agnostic integration across enterprise systems and AI platforms.
• Lead technical design across the project lifecycle for scalable, resilient, secure solutions.
• Make key architectural decisions and manage technical risk.
• Implement AI guardrails, including human-in-the-loop controls and data protection.
• Drive governance and assurance activities: reviews, security assessments, compliance.
• Communicate architecture strategy and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to architects and delivery teams.
