Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd is seeking a Senior Specialist, Dietitian for the McLaren Performance Hub to support employee health and performance through clinical guidance and educational initiatives.

Initially one clinic day per week at the McLaren Technology Centre (09:00–18:00), you will report to the Head of Medical Services & Governance within Human Performance and lead nutrition-focused programmes across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Dietetics from a recognised programme.
• Current HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
• Professional indemnity cover and CPD evidence.
• Training in safeguarding, consent and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive, person-centred nutritional assessments with follow-up and outcome monitoring.
• Support employees with nutrition-related health concerns and weight management.
• Refer appropriately to GPs or specialists when red flags arise.
• Deliver nutrition strategies, workshops and campaigns to support performance.
• Conduct anthropometric assessments with informed consent and sensitivity.
• Collaborate with onsite catering to review and improve the workplace food environment.
• Integrate dietetic care with other health services for performance impact.
• Maintain secure clinical records with compliant governance.
