McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Specialist Dietitian to lead employee health at the McLaren Performance Hub. You will provide one-to-one clinical guidance and engaging education to support nutrition, health and performance.

Initially operating one clinic day per week at the McLaren Technology Centre, 09:00 to 18:00, reporting to the Head of Medical Services & Governance within Human Performance. You will collaborate across disciplines to integrate dietetic care with wellbeing initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Dietetics from an appropriately recognised programme.
• Current HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
• Indemnity cover and CPD evidence.
• Training in safeguarding, consent and information governance.
• ISAK Level 1 or equivalent anthropometric assessment competence.
• Experience delivering clinician dietetics in healthcare or occupational settings.
• Experience caseload management and outcome evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake comprehensive, person-centred nutritional assessments and provide evidence-based care planning and follow-up.
• Support employees with nutrition-related health concerns and weight management.
• Recognise red flags and refer to GPs or specialists as needed.
• Deliver nutrition strategies, workshops and campaigns to support energy and performance.
• Conduct anthropometric assessments and maintain informed consent and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Human Performance and onsite catering to review workplace nutrition.
• Integrate dietetic care with medical and wellbeing services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Semble and governance standards.
• Contribute to audits, service evaluation and quality improvement.
• Use outcomes to continually improve the service.
