Job summary

McLaren Racing seeks a Senior Specialist Dietitian to drive employee health and wellbeing at the McLaren Performance Hub. You will deliver one-to-one guidance and group education, translating nutrition science into practical strategies that support performance.

Initially operating one clinic day per week at the McLaren Technology Centre, 09:00–18:00, reporting to the Head of Medical Services & Governance. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to optimise workplace nutrition and health

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Dietetics from an appropriately recognised programme.
• Current Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Dietitian.
• Indemnity cover and CPD evidence.
• Training in safeguarding, consent, confidentiality and information governance.
• ISAK Level 1 accreditation or equivalent for anthropometric assessment.
• Experience delivering dietetic assessment and intervention in healthcare or occupational settings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive, person-centred nutritional assessments with evidence-based care planning.
• Support employees with nutrition-related health concerns, including metabolic health and weight management.
• Identify red flags and make referrals to GPs and other services.
• Deliver nutrition strategies, workshops and campaigns supporting energy and performance.
• Conduct anthropometric assessments with informed consent and sensitive communication.
• Collaborate with onsite catering to review workplace food environment and recommendations.
• Integrate dietetic care with medical, occupational health and performance nutrition services.
• Maintain secure clinical records and ensure governance compliance.
• Contribute to audits, service evaluation and development of standards.
