McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Specialist, Dietitian to be a driving force for employee health at the McLaren Performance Hub. The role blends clinical guidance with education to help staff make sustainable health and performance changes.

Initially one clinic day per week at the McLaren Technology Centre, reporting to the Head of Medical Services & Governance within Human Performance. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise nutrition across the organisation.

Formación

• Degree in Dietetics with HCPC registration.
• Experience delivering person-centred dietetic assessment and intervention.
• Experience in workplace health, occupational health or elite performance environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based care plans.
• Deliver targeted nutrition strategies, workshops and campaigns to support energy and performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and on-site catering to optimise the workplace food environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure governance and consent requirements.
• Use outcomes data to drive quality improvement and service standards.
