Job summary

DWP Digital in the United Kingdom is seeking a DevOps leadership figure to shape modern cloud platforms and drive secure, scalable AWS solutions. You will mentor engineers, advance automation, and own CI/CD strategies in a hybrid working model across multiple hubs including Sheffield.

Qualifications

Experience developing and supporting AWS cloud-based applications.
Knowledge of writing and maintaining infrastructure as code.
Experience with Unix/Linux in support or development environments and scripting.
Experience in a DevOps environment with CI/CD and agile Scrum.
Knowledge of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience guiding engineers in multi-disciplinary, agile teams.

Responsibilities

Shape and support modern cloud platforms by designing, building and improving AWS solutions.
Drive automation and enhance CI/CD pipelines across engineering teams.
Use Infrastructure as Code to enable reliable digital services delivery.
Mentor engineers and evolve DevOps capabilities within the team.
