Job summary

DWP Digital in the UK is recruiting for a hands-on DevOps leader to own CI/CD pipelines, IaC and cloud infrastructure. You will shape the DevOps landscape, drive automation and security across services, and mentor engineers across multiple squads.

Expect hybrid working across hubs in Blackpool or Manchester, with competitive pay up to £92,522 and a generous employer pension contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines with IaC.
• Extensive container platform experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong security by design and Zero Trust principles.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Ability to set technical direction and lead engineers.
• Deep hands-on Azure platform expertise at enterprise scale.
