Job summary

Methods is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive AWS/EKS platform engineering, Terraform and Helm-based deployments, and CI/CD excellence. You will mentor engineers, own services through their lifecycle, and influence technical decisions across the Identity platform.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AWS experience across services including ECS, EKS, EC2, IAM, Auto Scaling Groups, KMS, Secrets Manager and CloudWatch.
• Proficient in Terraform with production-quality module development and multi-environment management.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge: deployments, RBAC, HPA, network policies and troubleshooting on EKS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineers are responsible for mentoring and technical direction across AWS, Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms.
• Design, implement and maintain Terraform modules and Helm charts for multi-environment deployments.
• Own the Identity platform on AWS/EKS, supporting production services and incident response.
