Job summary

Global Relay is a leader in compliant communications with a heritage of innovation. We seek a Senior DevOps engineer to design, implement, and support automated, scalable CI/CD solutions across multiple environments, from build to production.

You will collaborate with software teams, mentor junior engineers, and develop robust deployment automation using Helm, Ansible, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. You will work in a hybrid model with the team, balancing on-site collaboration and focused remote work,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years applying DevOps practices and implementing solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and container platforms.
• Experience mentoring and supporting other DevOps engineers.
• Experience in a microservice-oriented environment and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support automated, scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and ensure reliable operation of production and test environments.
• Mentor junior engineers to maximise potential and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate requirements early in development lifecycle.
• Tackle operational issues by analyzing dashboards and logs and implementing durable fixes.
• Develop deployment automation using Helm, Ansible, and related tools.
