Job summary

Sopra Steria Limited is seeking a senior DevOps technical lead to shape how automation is delivered across mission-critical services. You will lead engineers, set technical direction, and drive modernisation, while maintaining hands-on involvement and strong people development.

You will work across Windows and Linux environments, champion IaC and automation tooling (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Python), and influence architects, delivery teams and stakeholders to deliver robust

Qualifications

Experience leading DevOps or automation teams in enterprise environments.
Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure.
Proven ability to design scalable automation solutions.
Strong experience with infrastructure as code and automation tooling.
