iGii has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Scientist to join the Advanced Materials team. This multidisciplinary team comprises 4 experienced scientists and engineers working across the entire R&D scope. If you want to work closely with Gii, this is the role for you.
The Senior Development Scientist will drive the development of new Gii technologies and identify innovative applications across industries. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the role focuses on advancing core technology and contributing to the company's long-term technical strategy.
This role requires expertise in advanced materials with a relevant MSc or PhD, or equivalent experience.
Necessary skills include hands-on laboratory work, scale-up experience, data analysis proficiency, project management, IP awareness, and excellent communication skills.
Full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with flexible arrangements, competitive salary, 33 days annual leave, insurance, training, and community engagement. We welcome diverse applicants and sponsorship in the UK.
Based in Stirling, Scotland, with excellent transport links and access to the Highlands.
