Job summary

Falmouth Fairfax seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead hotel, office and industrial developments from our London office. You'll manage 360-degree schemes from planning to delivery, including PBSA and hotel projects valued around £10m-£50m initially, with a broader £5m-£80m development programme.

MRICS-qualified professionals with 6+ years PQE and a strong front-end appraisal mindset will excel in client leadership, development input, and close collaboration with capital markets teams.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with a BSc in Project Management.
• Circa 6+ years’ PQE managing 360 projects in hotel/office/industrial/PBSA sectors.
• Experience in development management (appraisals, DD and planning) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 360-degree projects across hotel, office, industrial and PBSA sectors.
• Initial focus on a £50m PBSA scheme at planning and a £10m apart hotel project.
• Collaborate with capital markets and analysts on investment opportunities.
• Develop career into Development Project Management space.
