Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a London-based property and construction consultancy. You will lead commercial office projects from feasibility through construction, manage client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will develop long‑term client relationships, support junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the team while taking ownership of high-profile schemes in a busy market.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering commercial office, workplace or fit‑out projects.
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Proven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle
• Strong senior client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Good understanding of programme, risk and project reporting
• MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification, or progress towards chartership

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial office projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and completion.
• Manage project programmes, lead client and consultant meetings, coordinate design teams, monitor progress and risk, prepare reports and ensure projects are delivered in line with cost, quality and programme objectives.
• Help develop long‑term client relationships and support more junior members of the Project Management team.

A leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their established Project Management team. The Senior Project Manager will work across a strong portfolio of commercial office projects, supporting major occupiers, investors and developers through refurbishment, fit‑out and development programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who wants to take ownership of high‑profile schemes and continue progressing within a respected consultancy.

The successful Senior Project Manager will lead projects independently, manage senior client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will be trusted to manage programme, risk, reporting and delivery, while the Senior Project Manager will also support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of commercial office projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and completion.
