Senior Development Manager - North

I am partnering with a nationally recognised Property Developer to find a Senior Development Manager. With an established pipeline of development-led opportunities and a strong track record of JVs, the business is focused on delivering existing projects whilst identifying and securing further opportunities across the region.

This is a broad development role combining project delivery, commercial responsibility and business development.

You will take a leading role in progressing mixed-use regeneration schemes, working closely with development, preconstruction and regional teams to manage appraisals, commercial viability, funding solutions and project delivery.

Alongside managing the existing pipeline, you will actively support regional growth, leading bids and feasibilities, developing new customer relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing national development business, combining an established project pipeline with genuine scope to influence regional growth, develop strategic partnerships and deliver meaningful regeneration projects.

Ideally based in Leeds wider Yorkshire/Humber region, with flexibility across the North of England. Hybrid working is supported, alongside regular regional and national travel.

Salary up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus.
