Blue Diamond Recruitment is working with a growing affordable housing business based in Staffordshire to recruit a Senior Development Manager. The role will involve taking sites through planning to delivery, collaborating with local authorities and managing complex stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Background in Quantity Surveying or as an Employer's Agent.
• Strong commercial contracts and procurement experience.
• Sharp and detail focused.
• Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn and progress.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a close knit team.

Responsibilities

• Manage sites through the full development lifecycle.
• Lead on commercial contracts and procurement matters.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Navigate complex, multi party stakeholder groups across live schemes.
• Contribute to the wider team, bringing your own strengths while drawing on the diverse skill sets of colleagues.
