Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Social Housing Development Project Delivery Manager to own a portfolio of residential development schemes, overseeing projects from procurement through to completion.

The role involves managing budgets, programmes, procurement, risks and stakeholder expectations to ensure homes are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards in a hybrid Bedfordshire setting, with a salary of £57,000 including £2,000 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven background in residential development or housing project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from inception through completion.
• Good knowledge of construction, procurement and planning procedures.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver residential development schemes through to practical completion.
• Lead procurement of contractors, consultants and services.
• Manage project finances, budgets, cashflow and viability.
• Develop and monitor delivery programmes with milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks early.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with planning, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare updates and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities, funders and partners.
