• Experience with complex or challenged transactions and restructures.
• Ability and desire to mentor and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical reference within the team and take ownership of complex transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior underwriting staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide second opinions on difficult deals.
• Support credit risk assessment improvements and best practices.
