EC Recruitment Group is seeking a Development Monitoring Surveyor at senior or associate director level in London. You will manage lender-funded developments, deliver lender-facing reports, and provide commercial judgment across residential and commercial schemes.

The role offers hybrid working, autonomy, and exposure to high-value projects (£40m+ typical) with private equity lenders. MRICS is preferred and the team emphasizes technical excellence and client relationship building.

Qualificações

• Experience in development monitoring on large-scale schemes.
• Strong report writing and lender-facing communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to advise and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Development Monitoring instructions across residential and commercial developments.
• Produce clear, robust lender-facing reports.
• Advise on development risk, cost, programme and delivery.
• Work with private equity and specialist lenders.
• Maintain autonomous ownership of your portfolio with support as needed.
