Job Title: Senior Development Finance Manager

Salary: London - £67,820 - £93,254 per annum
National: £61,698 - £84,836 per annum

Location: Hybrid - Greater London House

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Finance Manager dedicated to a major project within our Development Finance team. Reporting to the Deputy Development Finance Director, you will support the Project Leadership team through all governance sign-off gates, including planning, sales, leasing, and budget approval, aligning with the project’s vision, business plan, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interface with the Latimer Commercial and Procurement Team.
2. Contribute to the commercial strategy and business plan for project delivery.
3. Provide strategic advice on turning business aspirations into deliverable outcomes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to realize the project vision, including sourcing joint venture or build partners.
5. Oversee infrastructure delivery and review alternative land uses.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience at a senior management level in property development.
• Oversight of financial and commercial performance in large-scale, multi-phase residential projects.
• Pragmatic, critical approach with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
