An established industry player is looking for a Senior Development Finance Manager to lead a major project within their Development Finance team. This hybrid role involves supporting the Project Leadership team, overseeing financial performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Salary: London - £67,820 - £93,254 per annum
National: £61,698 - £84,836 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Finance Manager dedicated to a major project within our Development Finance team. Reporting to the Deputy Development Finance Director, you will support the Project Leadership team through all governance sign-off gates, including planning, sales, leasing, budget, and contract approvals, aligning with the project’s vision, business plan, and financial targets.
Your role will involve acting as a key interface with the Latimer Commercial and Procurement Team, contributing to the commercial strategy and business plan for successful project delivery. You will provide strategic advice on translating the Business Plan into tangible outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to realize the project vision. This may include sourcing joint venture or build partners and reviewing infrastructure delivery and land use options.
We seek someone with proven experience at a senior management level in property development, overseeing financial and commercial performance of large-scale, multi-phase residential projects. A pragmatic, detail-oriented approach combined with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills is essential.

This is a hybrid role based at Greater London House, with regular travel to the project location in Colchester and potential travel to other regions as required.
