Job summary

Michael Page client in the financial sector is seeking a Senior Developer to join an agile team. The role is largely hands-on with mentoring responsibilities and can be done remotely with weekly meetups in Birmingham or London on a Wednesday.

You will design, develop, and maintain software, collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to understand business requirements, and review code to uphold quality standards. This is a hands-on coding role with opportunities to mentor others.

Qualifications

• Must haves: C#, SQL, Angular, Mentoring experience, Interest or knowledge in AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor etc)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
