Do you have experience with Debt Manager and astrong technical skillset in strategy, workflow, and interfacedevelopment? This is your opportunity to play a key role intransforming Collections and Recoveries systems for a major financialinstitution.

We’re looking for a Debt ManagerApplication Specialist to support an exciting upgrade to acloud-hosted version of the Debt Manager platform. You’ll work closelywith technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to design,build, and support high-quality solutions that make a real differencein customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, developing, and implementing DebtManager strategies, workflows, and interfaces.
• Collaboratingwith internal tech teams and third-party vendors to build end-to-endsolutions.
• Providing day-to-day application support tobusiness users and defining business requirements.
• Ensuringthe delivered solution meets both technical and functionalexpectations.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalatingapplication issues as needed.
• Supporting project planning byestimating effort and managing risks and scope.
• Stayingcurrent with best practices and innovations in the tech andcollections space.

What we’re lookingfor:

• Strong experience designing andconfiguring Debt Manager (strategies, user interface – FitAgent andClassic, and decision engine – FitLogic).
• Proficiency inPostgreSQL and a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Experience building and supporting data import/exportroutines using proprietary tools.
• Working knowledge of AWSCloud concepts.
• Track record of delivering projects acrossiterative and waterfall methodologies.
• A self-starter withownership mentality and great communication skills.
