Salary £61,000 – £70,000 (FTE), dependent upon experience, 37.5 hour week Contract Permanent, full-time or part-time. Flexible working arrangements are available. As a Senior Developer at dxw, you’ll design, build and improve digital services for the public good. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams with clients at different stages of digital transformation, creating secure, reliable and accessible software that meets user needs.
This is a hands‑on software development role. You’ll take a leading technical role on smaller projects, helping shape technical decisions and supporting other developers to deliver high‑quality work. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, user researchers and delivery colleagues to understand problems and implement effective solutions.
Alongside client work, you’ll contribute to improving our internal tools, engineering practices and use of emerging technologies, including AI, where they can help us work more effectively and deliver better outcomes.
