PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: Up to £55,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Join BBC.com as a Senior Designer and play a key role in shaping the creative direction of its growing international subscription business. You'll lead the development of impactful brand and campaign creative across digital channels, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution. Working closely with editorial, marketing, product and UX teams, you'll create audience‑focused campaigns, champion brand excellence and help drive subscription growth on a global scale.
