About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong visual storytelling skills and product-thinking instincts to join our Executive Office. This role involves translating complex Web3 concepts into compelling visuals like diagrams, illustrations, and presentations, working closely with senior leadership to articulate product vision and technical strategies. You will develop high-quality visuals—architecture diagrams, conceptual illustrations, slides, and animations—that are both aesthetically appealing and informative. Your work will shape how we communicate Chainlink’s mission, roadmap, and innovations both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate complex Web3 concepts into clear, accurate diagrams and visual frameworks.
• Create presentation materials supporting internal and external communication, including investor decks and technical overviews.
• Incorporate product thinking into visual design to support understanding across various stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with executives, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop visual strategies.
• Develop multiple creative directions, iterate based on feedback, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Design static and motion media with attention to detail; contribute animations when needed.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines for executive and technical materials.
• Stay updated on storytelling, information design, and motion visuals trends.
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and promote team growth in visual systems thinking.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience with a portfolio of technical diagrams, visualizations, and executive presentations.
• Ability to convert complex technical topics into structured, engaging visuals.
• Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain primitives, and infrastructure, with relevant experience or strong knowledge.
• Product design mindset focusing on user goals and communication clarity.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma; bonus if experienced with After Effects and motion tools.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• UI/UX experience is a plus.
• Interest or experience in blockchain, preferably with Chainlink.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working remotely in an async environment.
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems, especially in technical domains.
• Experience bridging marketing and product design processes.
• Enthusiasm for communicating new technologies like blockchain.
