Role Overview:

As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Art Director and creative team to elevate projects from concept to delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. You should be passionate about design, eager for innovation, and strategic in your approach, with a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of creative projects, including campaigns, branding, digital assets, and packaging.
• Present concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
• Contribute to the company's creative strategy, bringing innovative ideas.
• Deliver well-structured and impactful design solutions that meet client objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budgets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all communications.

Qualifications:

• Degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; additional software knowledge is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional and personal projects.
• Experience in the healthcare or scientific industry is advantageous but not essential.
