You’ll demonstrate an extensive portfolio covering digital and print design, with the confidence to provide input to briefs whilst collaborating with the wider team to deliver industry-leading designs for our clients.

Design

We seek a varied portfolio showcasing multiple design styles applicable to our multi-sector clients, including websites, UI, branding, brochures, and exhibition materials, with proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.

Effective communication is vital for project success, so you'll build strong relationships with marketers and developers, contribute to briefs, and provide clear developer handovers to ensure designs are built as intended. You will also verify that live content matches your designs.

Recognizing the importance of project planning and communication, you will manage files from baseline grids in InDesign to components in Figma.

Examples of current projects include:

• The full branding, strategy, print, website, UI dashboard, and social media content for a startup aiming for household-name status.
• An e-commerce site enabling customers to design their own external doors with a user-friendly interface.
• Several FinTech projects, including a comparison engine and an advanced loan application system integrated with CRM.
• Engaging social and email campaigns aimed at maximizing ROAS.

Key design skills include digital design (websites, UIs, landing pages) and graphic design (logos, brochures, exhibitions).

Projects

You will utilize project management software to stay organized, ensure clear briefs, and allocate tasks effectively. You will assist in onboarding clients, designing proposals, providing project estimates, and breaking down timelines.

Tools & Procedures

You will influence the choice of software, ensure tools are up-to-date, and maintain organized, accessible design files.
