You’ll demonstrate an extensive portfolio covering digital and print design, with the confidence to provide input to briefs whilst collaborating with the wider team to deliver industry-leading designs for our clients.

Design
We seek a varied portfolio showcasing multiple design styles applicable to our multi-sector clients, including websites, UI, branding, brochures, and exhibition materials, with proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
Effective communication is vital for project success, so you'll build strong relationships with marketers and developers, contribute to briefs, and provide clear developer handovers to ensure designs are built as intended. You will also verify that live content matches your designs.
Recognizing the importance of project planning and communication, you will manage files from baseline grids in InDesign to components in Figma.

Projects
You will utilize project management software to stay organized, ensure clear briefs, and allocate tasks effectively. You will assist in onboarding clients, designing proposals, providing project estimates, and breaking down timelines.

You will influence the choice of software, ensure tools are up-to-date, and maintain organized, accessible design files.

You will proactively share knowledge and skills, run regular appraisals, and uphold high standards to deliver excellent projects. You will buy into our ambitious growth plans and contribute to our team culture, including participating in social events and reward schemes.
Client Success
