Location: Leeds - in the studio 2 to 3 days a week

This agency is built for modern brands. No silos, no fluff - just smart people delivering beautifully crafted, conceptually driven work. They’re now looking for a Senior Designer who knows their way around a blank page, not just a set of brand guidelines.
This is a true integrated role - campaigns, brands, pitches, decks, and everything in between. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, art directors, strategists and more…
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing from concept, not templates - interpreting creative ideas and shaping the visual direction from scratch
Working across campaigns - from ATL to digital, BTL to social, and knowing how to flex a design across every touchpoint
Building brands - not just logos, but full brand worlds and flexible design systems
️ Applying art direction skills - supporting photoshoots and storytelling when needed (but design is still your core)
Thinking strategically - understanding ideas, narratives and messaging (even if you’re not writing them)
Owning projects - leading design work with clarity, confidence and creative authority
️ Presenting your work - to peers, to CDs, to clients
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Skills and Know-How:
Strong typography, layout and hierarchy fundamentals
Versatility - no single ‘house style’ here, you’ll need to flex
Proficiency in the usual suspects: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects a bonus)
Comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow (or learning to)
Animation skills - a real plus, but not essential
Experience and Attitude:
Conceptual design skills - you can take an idea and build a visual world around it
Campaign and branding experience across multiple channels and sectors
Agency experience is ideal (but not a dealbreaker)
Confident presenting and explaining the why behind your work
You’ve mentored more junior creatives, even if not in a formal management role
