Senior Designer - Brand/Packaging/POS

Leeds City Centre - Hybrid

We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join a dynamic and creative agency team based in central Leeds. If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of FMCG packaging and POS design, and want to make your mark on household-name brands, this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading concept development for packaging and point-of-sale campaigns that grab attention and build brand connection.
• Bringing ideas to life with sharp design thinking, strong storytelling, and a flair for innovation.
• Mentoring junior creatives, overseeing multiple design projects, and delivering high-impact presentations to clients.
• Balancing creativity with commercial thinking to produce visually compelling, strategically sound work.

What You’ll Need:

• A portfolio brimming with standout packaging and POS design work—especially across food and drink brands.
• Solid experience working within brand guidelines and responsive design systems.
• Confidence in crafting and presenting ideas that bring brands to life.
• Strong knowledge of print production and fluency with industry-standard digital design tools.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities—you’re calm under pressure and focused on delivering quality.
