Lakshya Digital, a part of Keywords Studios, is a leading provider of Game Art services to the global games industry. Our studios are located in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune) and teams in the US, UK, Japan, and the Philippines.

We work on multiple exciting projects simultaneously, including some of the biggest IPs in the industry like Diablo Resurrected, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Halo Infinite, and more.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Narrative Designer (UK time zone preferred but not required) to join our team on a fully remote 6-month freelance contract starting June 2025, with potential extension for another 6-12 months. The role requires working within UK time zone hours.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a narrative designer, including writing and implementing dialogue supporting the player journey
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and experience with in-game dialogue systems
• Ability to write and implement in-game dialogue, barks, and supporting text
• Experience collaborating with writers and designers to shape story arcs and narrative beats
• Familiarity with maintaining and evolving narrative design documentation
• Strong understanding of tone, voice, and thematic consistency
• Able to connect narrative to gameplay through design alignment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working across disciplines
