Base pay range

Role: Senior Designer

Location: Central London

Hybrid Working Model: Circa 3-4 days on site per week

Contract: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Designer to join a global network agency renowned for pushing creative boundaries. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile and innovative advertising campaigns worldwide, collaborating with a team that consistently delivers award-winning work across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and a strong conceptual approach to every project, from brand development to social media content and motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and design for high-profile advertising campaigns across various media, including print, digital, social media, and motion.
• Work closely with creative teams, strategists, and clients to develop and refine innovative design concepts that elevate brands.
• Create and execute award-winning work that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, animators, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay on top of design trends, technologies, and industry standards to keep the agency's work fresh and cutting-edge.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to nurture their development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior design role within a high-profile advertising or branding agency.
• A portfolio that showcases highly conceptual, innovative, and award-winning design work across advertising, branding, social media, and motion design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, design systems, and how to create impactful campaigns that resonate across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• A passion for pushing creative boundaries and constantly striving for excellence in design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and sell creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with global brands and delivering campaigns that have a significant impact on the market.
• A deep understanding of social media design trends and motion graphics.
• An award-winning track record across prestigious design and advertising competitions.
