Job summary

TPXimpact Ltd. Senior Design Researcher role delivering design research within client teams and multidisciplinary groups. You will help produce high-quality, user-centred insights that inform strategy and product decisions.

You will mentor 1–2 researchers, contribute to our Research and Analysis Community of Practice, and support business growth through proactive research proposals, client workshops and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience problem framing and research scoping for complex client projects.
• Led design research to government standard guidelines on user facing services.
• Experience designing inclusive and accessible products and safeguarding participants.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and collaborate in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Embed best practices for qualitative design research within client work.
• Coach designers and client teams to promote research methods and outcomes.
• Contribute to TPXimpact's practice development and knowledge sharing.
• Support business development through proposals, bids and client presentations.
• Line manage 1–2 researchers and stay current with research trends.
