TPXimpact Ltd. is seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead content design across client projects, shaping how users access and understand products and services.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, focusing on accessible, clear content in strong collaboration with the content design community. You will contribute to strategy, governance and best practices while supporting client teams through training and workshops in a hybrid work model with weekly office visits in Leeds, London, or

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering high-quality content design work at a senior level.
• Experience delivering content design for online and offline journeys as part of a product or service.
• Experience using data to measure success and inform design decisions.
• Ability to create accessible content that meets usability and accessibility guidelines (GDS).

Responsibilities

• Lead content design work in multidisciplinary teams across digital and non-digital products and services.
• Produce content design work for clients and mentor junior team members.
• Use analytics, user feedback and research to identify user needs and inform design decisions.
• Write clear, plain-English content and map user journeys to inform strategy.
